XF 2.0 Strange issue affecting mobile connections

Some of our users are reporting that when they are on LTE (non-wifi) mobile devices, they get:

Chrome on Android:

This site can't be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET


Safari on iOS:

Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost.


When they switch to Wifi or use a computer, it seems to be fine. If they tether to a mobile device that is having an issue, the computer will also have the issue.

I use LTE on my Android device constantly and never run into problems. Any ideas?

Sounds like a server level issue. Any firewall that blocks proxies in place? Have you checked the server logs, especially HTTP and firewall related?

This is the singular log that I see and seems unrelated to what you are describing.

Are you on a VPS/dedi or shared hosting?
Are you using SMTP or default for mail delivery?

Default and we use a Linode instance

Make sure you have an MTA running on your server (Postfix, Exim, etc). And the logs I'm referring to are at the server level and not in the ACP of XenForo.
Typically they will be located (for the MTA and PHP) in /var/log and the firewall depends on what firewall you are using.
If you are using a panel they should be available there also.
