strange guests

couple days ago i noticed 15 guests with similar IP addresses
136.243.148.176
136.243.155.48
136.243.155.148
136.243.154.35
136.243.150.139
136.243.151.175
136.243.150.146

they appears one by one slowly during some time, then disappears.
the quantity may be between 1 and 10-15

who they are? and what they are doing on my forum?
any idea?

It's likely a bot of some degree, though not identifying itself as such: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/136.243.151.175 You'd need to look at your raw access logs to have a better idea of what they're doing.

These would be your raw web server logs. How you can access them varies. You may be able to find them within cPanel (if you have it); if you're unsure though, it's best to check with your host.
