Fixed Strange crumb padding on narrow responsive width

On regular width breadcrumbs look like this:



But if we go to the narrow width it'll start to look like this:



So there's an extra left padding on the first crust.

Fixed now. The CSS was only being applied to the first child and the breadcrumb is limited dynamically via JS, so I had to add an extra class to handle the case where the first child was hidden.

I think the fix may have introduced another issue. Using Android 4.4.2 on lg g2

@Mike , bit strange but I'm only seeing this in the Off-topic forum when viewing a thread. I assume forum title length is why I don't see it elsewhere.

I couldn't reproduce it in my tests before, but managed to trigger it now. Should be sorted locally, but it's not running here yet.
