XF 1.2 Starting up Spam Cleaner

I just upgraded from 1.1.5 to 1.2.1 on a new forum. And turned Spam Cleaner on.

I have about 100 existing users who are probably spammers. A mix of fully registered and awaiting the emails back. None have posted.

How do I run Spam Cleaner against these users? I don't want to blanket ban, as some of them may not be spammers.

It's available via the member card (hover the avatar) or a users profile.

Sorry, but I'm going to need a little more detail. I see nothing in the user profile, either on the website or the admin control panel that lets me run the Spam Cleaner against the user.

Then setup this:

Is there any way to run the currently registered user/users through the new registrations spam checks (so it checks the user/users against the StopForumSpam database)?

Yes for upcoming new post/profile comment/threads.
But not on the older post/posted already.
