XF 2.2 Start conversation Modified

Is anyone know how to remove this 2 option during start conversation time . I want this 2 features will not be show for everyone (admin/moderator/registered users)

1. Allow anyone in the conversation to invite others
2. Lock conversation (no responses will be allowed)

Let me know if anyone already Known

XF 2.2 - Sticky option disable

Is there any method to make sticky off ( I means remove from moderator post thread ) . When moderator going to post a new thread this sticky option will be invisible or not comes . Please let me know if anyone knows 🤷
