Staff have posted Ribbon

Is there any way to remove default "Staff Member" ribbon and also align user name to left as shown in below image

Is there a way to successfully use this staff ribbon (which we've used for several months - it's great!), and your Threadstarter ribbon? It seems the code for the staff ribbon and threadstarter ribbon conflict with eachother...
