XF 2.0 Spread out emails?

Hey all, so I am facing a soft limit with my email provider where if I send more than 300 emails in the span of 1 hour, I get suspended. Is it possible to spread out the emails from my end so if I send a mass email to all my members, it's still safe? I do not want to change providers or host my own.

There is nothing built in which will do that.
