XF 1.2 Split Forums

Is there a mod or option to split the forums into 2 columns. See example:

Wesker - what did you use to make the nodes Introduction, Competition, etc. to live attached the proper section and not a section of its own? IE: how did you remove the line space separating the two sections? Thanks
