specify a Media Gallery category when you upload an attachment directly to a post

Super simple, but powerful idea... Add a Title, Description, and "Category" drop down when uploading an attachment directly to a post which would result in 1) updating the title and description meta tags of the image for SEO and 2) uploading the attachment to XF Media Gallery under the existing category.

Not really - same goal, but different functionality. Just piggy back on the upload screen to add an existing media gallery then behind the scenes Add Media to that category and insert image URL in post.
