XF 1.3 Spam protection

Not really a problem... just wanted to show how happy I am with the spam protection in XenForo.
I just got blasted by an user named Humanhealth, he posted over 6,000 messages in a matter of minutes.

Actually, I do have an issue. The large number of posts created a gap into database tables. Nothing is written to the thread and post tables, that is great. I only have to deal with xf_spam_trigger_log and xf_content_spam_cache to reset their content. Is there an option into XenForo for that, or I can safely truncate the tables?
