I am curious what are some good options for flagged users. Every day I log in and have flagged users waiting for approval. How can I tell if they are spam or not. Also why do some accounts get flagged?
They are likely flagged via StopForumSpam. You can configure this in the spam management options. 1.3 has better tools to indicate specifically why the spam flags were triggered and to make a determination what to do.
