XF 2.3 Spam deleted still shows in Latest posts

Hi, hope someone can help.

I just deleted a spam message from a new member, now banned. His post is not showing anymore. Good. But I logout and check, and his message still shows both in the host thread and the Latest Posts list. ("Trusted cryptomachin," etc). Even when I login it's there.

How can I avoid this? Is there a setting I need to tweak that can take care of deleted posts in Latest posts lists?

I'll have to check. I don't see anything to that effect in the Admin. I'll contact our host as we use Cloludflare.

In the Cloudflare add-on's edge caching page, you can see if you have "Cache pages for guests" turned on. If so, then guest pages are cached for the set duration and any changes you make will not be reflected until the cache has expired.

XF has a similar built-in mechanism, but it happens on the origin server and not the edge network.
