XF 1.4 Spam Cleaner

I only have Option 2 below. And, yes I am the Admin so I checked and I have permissions to use the Spam Cleaner. How can I get all three?

The Spam Cleaner itself can be run from several locations:

• On a thread or profile post by clicking the Spam link to the right of the time and date.
• On a member card by clicking the Spam link which overlays the avatar.
• On a profile page by clicking the Spam Cleaner link below the member name.

If you have permission to use the spam cleaner and the member in question matches the criteria, the links will show automatically.

Oh, I see if the member does not match the criteria the links do not show. that would explain why I only see option 2.

Those are not options.
They are just locations where the spam cleaner link is available.

If the member matches the criteria, all links will show.

If they don't, none of them will show.
