XF 2.1 Spam Cleaner for thousand posts

There is a single spammer account with thousand of posts.
Using spam cleaner on him took very very long time, and cause some mysql transaction error for other visitors.

When i am checking running mysql process from ssh, i see that some queries are running in the background, which i assume is related with spam cleaning process.
My board has 6 million posts.
How to speed up spam cleaning process?
Is there any CLI version of spam cleaning?

The spam cleaner isn't designed for that use case.
It's designed for new/recent members with a limited amount of posts.

You will need to wait for the transactions to complete.

Actually he is an old registered member that have thousand of posts.
For some reason he asked me to delete all of his posts & ban him.

I can't just delete his user account without removing all of his posts, because all of his posts data will become useless load burden for my database
