I got my first spammer today, but when I try to run the Spam Cleaner it doesn't ban the member. It deleted all his posts but I get this message:

The following users are logged as having used IP addresses used by pothyschennai recently.
No matching users were found.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
