XF 2.2 Spam check on groups that should be okay

The last few days I've had a number of my privileged users have their posts grabbed for moderation. In all cases they had images attached to the posts.

I have bypass checked for this group, the setting for users requirements are exceeded and still they get grabbed.

I have been adjusting many things on my board but I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. The images show one user whi was grabbed this morning.

Umm,, a little info. How?

Human error of course. My permissions for usergroups were all setup correctly but when I mirrored a forum to XFMG the destination required an update. I did go out of my mind looking for this though.
