Closed Spam action doesn't wipe all profile data

When marking a user as "Spam", all profile fields should be cleared.

Right now, sections like Personal Details, Profile Info and Additional Contact stay filled in, often with spammy links, fake contact info, or spam content.

These accounts are typically created just to spread such data, so leaving it intact defeats the purpose.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Running the spam cleaner with the ban option deletes the avatar and profile banner. It does not clear the other profile fields. Instead, a permanently banned user's full profile and About page are hidden from everyone except staff who can bypass user privacy. Clearing those fields as well would be a suggestion rather than a bug fix.

This is an automated assessment. A member of staff may review and update it.
 
The full profile and About page are hidden, but the member tooltip still shows the location of a permanently banned user to everyone, guests included.

Shouldn't the location be hidden in the tooltip too?
