XF 2.3 Some users experiencing bad page loads

I have a relatively new install of the software running 2.3.6. after my initial setup I rebuilt all the user caches and then requested that everyone clear their data and their browser cache.

Some users are experiencing intermittent issues with page loads in particularly with Safari.

Here are my installed add-ons:

I have also experienced this on Chrome with no add-ons running Android, but a single refresh of the page usually takes care of it.

Do you mean the default theme using default colors and settings, because that is the out-of-box theme with only a couple of tweaks mostly color related.
Disabling plugins only made things worse, as I had to rebuild the user cash and then everyone had to refresh or clear their site data whereas this is being mainly experienced by just a handful of people from what I can tell.

Do you have Cloudflare? Maybe it's a cache issue.

I've been thinking it might be a server related issue, but no Cloudflare.

I have had people that it looked fine until they logged in and then it went to crap.
