XF 2.1 Some users experience notification delay.

I'm getting some reports that some of my users are getting notifications for topics and so on that show up half an hour late, rather than immediately. Is there any resource I can check that would deal with this? What affects the speed at which -some- users, but not -all- users, receive notifications, please?

I'm on Xenforo 2.1.
PHP version 7.3.5

Hello again. My apologies for the bump.

Would it be a LINode blip? A Cloudflare issue? A packet routing issue? It's only a few people that are having the issue and I'm wondering what technological factors there could be that are involved in this operation. Thank you for your thoughts!
