Yes This problem when you choose Arabic Direction RTL

For the most part, I can't reproduce these issues, except for the code text alignment not being correct.

We have seen these in the past, but they generally indicate that the CSS flipping hasn't happened. Can you still reproduce this? Does editing a style property in the style fix it?

I do not know,
But when i activate the debug mode and start the upgrade, everything fixes
When disabled, the problem returns again
Screen, everything is good with debug mode only.

I can confirm this now. It's specific to compressing the CSS, which is why it doesn't happen with debug mode (and why I generally couldn't reproduce it).
