1. Is there a bridge for Joomla now?
2. Can we make banner in the header (see www.eizellspende.de/forum)
3. Is there an App for smartphones (Android and iPhone)?
4. is there an import script for vBulletin 5?
5. Can I make a Testforum on a different domain only for test purpose?

These are really questions you need to answer yourself. If you don't know the answers then you really need to look at someone hosting it for you.

Is there an Advertisment extension available for this possibility?

XenForo offers an importer from vBulletin that will bring all that data to your XenForo board. Here is a link to the importing documentation (https://xenforo.com/xf2-docs/manual/importing/) and you can access the importer from your Customer Area once you've purchased a license.

I'm not aware of any limit, but you can always try for whatever number you need using a demo.
