Won't fix Some Overlays Still Open When Overlays Are Disabled

This might be as designed, but it can't hurt to see.

An example of this is the merge threads overlay still comes up despite overlays being disabled.

Edit: Looks like this has to do with inline moderation stuff.

There are actually multiple places where the overlay interaction is expected and it's really removable. As such, nothing can really be changed here. (The option to disable overlays will likely not be maintained.)

Meant to ask this on Wednesday, but do you mean that the style property will be removed?

It seems to me that the contact link is also affected. Even if I deselect "Open this link in an overlay" in the Basic Board Information options it still opens as an overlay.
