XF 2.1 SOLVED: When issuing a warning the system generates a superflous "report"

When a moderator issues a warning, that action is recorded.

However, it also appears to generate a superfluous report which serves no purpose other than to clutter up the Report queue.

How do I suppress this?

That's not coming from XF itself.

We don't automatically generate reports when warnings are given.

It was an option in Report Improvements addon by @Xon. It can be turned off.
