My one main question before purchasing is, am I able to add or remove services such as branding removal, resource manager, etc when renewing my lisence?

You can add extras to your license at any time, including at renewal. You can not remove an extra from your license yourself, but you can contact support to have it removed.

Be aware when you have one removed if you want it again later, you must purchase it again as new (most likely with the exception of the branding removal as that is a 1 time charge).
