Something is wrong with that function. It worked once on my test forum and on this forum, now it doesn't work on ether forum.hmm... I cannot even get the overlay to appear.
Figured it out. I was trying incorrect menu items. Only preferences menu works and it works fine.I have it working on RC1, with a test site....

Navigation tabs: you need to comment it out in navigation.html by adding <xen:comment> before it and </xen:comment> after it.
