XF 1.5 So confused... RAW_DATA

Ok so Im getting an error log that is full of...

[Mon Oct 26 16:46:36.016195 2015] [fcgid:warn] [pid 27893] [client 174.126.xxx.0:56345] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. To avoid this warning set 'always_populate_raw_post_data' to '-1' in php.ini and use the php://input stream instead. in Unknown on line 0

So I mails my host support and they reply..

We cannot edit the php.ini file, it is the file that set values for the shared web server that your website is hosted on and these values are never adjusted.

The code $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is being used by a script on your website and would need to be removed as it is not supported,. If you are using a piece of software that utilizes $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA this will need to be removed.

looking at the logs the warning

appears so it may mean that this file needs to be edited.
Do these guys know what they are talking about...

Basically they are saying everyone who uses Xenforo on a shared server using PHP5.6 will suffer this problem?
