Hello, brothers. I want to use third party smtp client example mailgun. There i need to add dkim and in xenforo also dkim = 2 dns records dkim need to add. How does it work? Why 2 dns records dkim? mail + spv XF + dkim XF --> xenforo.com server --> mail+dkim+spf my other smtp server. Am I correct in thinking this is how it works?

You don't need to add two dkim records. If you are relaying to an smtp service like mailgun it's all taken care of there.
