Where do we get the additional smilies you are using, that do not come default?

They're all in the sprite - https://xenforo.com/community/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/emojione/sprite_sheet_emojione.png

You just need to manually create them.
I think someone also posted an xml to add them.

Thanks for the direction, any chance you can dumb it down a bit for me?

I'm not understanding what a sprite is and how to move forward, from an image strip.

Don't know what an xml is either, but if you send me a link, I can check it out.
