Fixed Smilies parsed in URLs

If you post a URL that happens to contain a smilie replacement code, the code will be replaced with the smilie in the link anchor. For example paste the following URL into a post and the anchor text will be as follows:

URL:

http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php/TinyMCE:Plugins​

Resultant anchor text:

http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php...e" alt=":p" />lugins​

The URL is actually fine, the anchor text just gets munged. Noticed here.
