Fixed Smilies categories

If i add a new category in smilies sectiond and try to remove, i get: Oops! We ran into some problems.

Clean installation, just add a category and try to remove.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.1.0 Beta 6).

Change log:

Fix a couple of broken delete URLs on admin delete templates.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
