Duplicate Smilie replacement at existing smilies

I don't know if that's a bug or if I do something wrong in the options: I have some custom smilies, but Xenforo is replacing some of them (file exist, path is correct, I can choose them in the editor) with emojis from the emoji style I've chosen in the options. This problem only happens, when I check the option "Convert short code to emoji / smilies ".

1.: Is this the correct way Xenforo is working? I'd thought the custom smilies overwrite everything.
2.: Is there a way to prevent Xenforo from using services as Twitter, ... to replace code with emojis?
