Won't fix Small css bug in admincp for "user upgrades"

See attached, hovering of the "Controls" text beside a new "user upgrade" causes the controls box to appear to the left, over the name of the user upgrade. I'm not sure how its supposed to be displayed, but it looks strange.

Also, for "user upgrades", there doesn't appear to be a page, tool, or widget indicating to the masses that user upgrades are available. Maybe that's not finished yet?

I can't reproduce this bug now in the admincp, it may have been a pooped out jquery control or something.

And I found the link to the user upgrade options for users via the "account" page...
[forum_root]/account/upgrades

That appears to happen if you trigger it before the JS is loaded.
