XF 2.1 Sluggish Performance Since Upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded from 2.0 to 2.1 a week ago.

As part of that process we also;

PHP from 7.0.33-1 to 7.3
Elasticsearch/XenForo Enhanced Search Installed
gmp enabled.
Push Notifications enabled.

Since the upgrade, whenever there's any uplift in traffic there's been a very obvious decrease in page speed. The forum is very sluggish. Is there anything from the above that could be influencing performance?

Yes, 7.3.0 has known issues.

Yup. Devs said that 7.3 has a bug that causes issues with xenforo.
