Fixed Sitemap not using configured Route Filters

I have route filters configured

• threads -> tema
• members -> usuario

Verified bidirectional, enabled. The filters work correctly while browsing the forum. However, the sitemap does not take the rewrites in consideration when generating the sitemap, and the sitemap still contains the urls with /threads and /members.

This happens when the add-on is triggers through "Rebuild Cache"

I fetched the manual registration code from the Sitemap add-on since it used to have this exact same bug. Basically the filtersOut is not included in $_dataPreLoadFromRegistry in XenForo_Dependencies_Admin

Use route filter, I have added most XF route to have short version like:
