I am getting Sitemap error Warnings via Google Search Console.

They are old warnings, and the forum URL indicated does not appear in your sitemap. A 503 error is what we return when your board is switched off. Maybe it picked something up from a test site or similar? Either way, the issue it's reporting is not there now.
