XF 2.3 Site problems after upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3

I did a manual upgrade and all seemed good. However, there are a number of issues.

1. Whenever I click on any of icons (such down arrow) in admincp, nothing happens. I can click on the text and that will work, but not the icon.

2. I cannot reply to any threads. The reply box with toolbar is not there.

3. I tried file health check, and it just says Processing... but not progress.

4. I tried Automatic merge of templates and it just hangs, like the file health check.

It is a bit like javascript is bust on the site, maybe.

The site is at: https://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/

I use a cdn and litespeed cache. All addons were disabled before the upgrade and I cannot re-enable any due to the icons not working. My host upgraded to php 8.2 after the site upgrade and purged the litespeed cache. I have purged my cdn cache,

Any suggestions on how to fix?

I am using bunnycdn. I already went to their site and purged the cache, thinking it could be something to do with that. But nothing happened.

Is the debug mode on Xenforo admincp or cloudflare?

Wait, I have made progress! I did an empty cache and hard reload using the developer tools on Chrome. Now the icons are working. I tried this before but it would never complete the reload. It was now and I have some functionality. Will test the rest of it now. 😃

Looks like it is working! This is all very odd though, because I also tried it on Safari and the issues were the same. Maybe it was something to do with the cache timeouts or something. Odd.

Anyway, I will re-enable one addon at a time, ensuring it is the latest version. But so far, it looks positive. What a relief!

So, for anyone else with this issue, using Chrome developer tools, do a Hard cache clear and reload.

[Something else just came to mind: my cache reload issues might be due to my Chrome version being outdated.]

Big thanks to all who chipped in to help.
