XF 2.3 Site not up after upgrading to 2.3

The upgrade worked, it appears, but the site (www.redbirdfan.net/community) won't load.

Based on another thread, I had my host disable caching on the server. When I went to the install folder to try the install again, it says that Xenforo 2.3 is already installed and in order to continue I would have to delete my database. I don't really want to do that if I don't have to.

Any help would be appreciated.

The site is returning a 500 error so you will need to check the server error log to determine the cause.

More importantly, the install-lock.php file is missing, which is why you are being prompted to install.
You should restore that file ASAP.

I removed it thinking I needed to kick off the install again.

You don’t want to do that unless you intend to wipe all your current data and start again which is presumably not what you want to do for an existing installation.

Fun. Ok so how can I get that file back? Or am I SOL?

Ok when I try to get to www.redbirdfan.net/community/ I get this:

That is of my add-ons that was working fine before the upgrade.

But I can't get to my admin page in order to do anything.

And I understand an upgrade breaking an add on but why would this break my entire site?

The usual step in this case is to disable listeners in config.php so you can log in to the ACP and disable the add-on.

Basically add $config['enableListeners'] = false; to your config file. It disable all addons when you are unable to access backend.
