XF 1.3 Site coming up blank

I've uploaded files for a new skin for my site, though I was still using xenforo 1.2 and noticed if I type in site.com the site comes up blank though if I type site.com/index.php the site is viewable.

After contacting the designer I was told I should upgrade to xenforo 1.3 (which I did) Upgrade was simple and flawless. After doing the upgrade I reinstalled the new skin and I'm still encountering the same problem as before: typing the site www.site.com or site.com the site comes up blank. Though if I type in www.site.com/index.php or site.com/index.php the site is viewable.

What is going on?

Nobody is going to be able to tell you much of anything unless you post an actual URL. Sounds like web-server misconfiguration, or a blank index.html file in your document root.

Especially considering it happened after uploading new files.

If so, delete it.

Okay, deleted a blank index.html file in the root so the only url that is returning a blank is: www.site.com (is there more files I need to delete)?

This URL works for me: http://www.site.com

It automatically redirects to and loads the forum index.

I won't delete the thread as it may prove useful for someone else encountering the same issue.
