XF 2.2 Site Banner Not Showing

Not sure what I did wrong here. I added the location of the site banner in the ACP.



Chrome says it's there. But nothing shows. Tried moving the position and cover around, but I get nothing.

Your header background colour is currently dark. Change to white (or some other lighter colour):
