It was a few years ago, and I kinda miss it, because if it wasn't anything else, it was FUN.

a dating site is very competitive. perhaps you should look at other dating sites like match.com, plentyoffish.com and see how you can do things differently. I can't think of any but you really need to give your users a good reason for why they would choose you over the other well-established dating sites. maybe you can start small at first, do one on midget dating services, tips, why dating midgets are a growing trend, etc.

Why not just a flirting/adult type of forum? And noooo I don't mean a sex site.

Just disable attachments/image linking in that forum... just in case. If people are desperate they could end up getting creative, which could be just as entertaining.

Maybe just take a picture of your own feet then start up a thread asking who has the nicest look feet competition? (or sexiest?). I would think you would get some good responses.

I'm not sure what kind of response you would get walking up to people you don't know and asking them about their feet..
