Add-on Simple Scheduling Events (like doodle.com)

I hope someone could make an add-on that has the same functionality like doodle.com
I'm probably not able to fund the whole add-on myself. But I don't mind paying for it.
And then the developer can release it to the community for a fair price.

I could just use Doodle, but users have to register to make a new doodle. And that's why the add-on would be useful.

The main reason for this is when people trying to meet each other now they just post when they are available.
But it's a mess and it is impossible to find out when everyone is available. Doodle functionality would make things much easier.

Best would be that this leads to a rsvp button after the date is fixed. Like a simple event manager.
