please tell me how to do something like that for xenforo? when you enter the title theme, ajax calls to the database and look for similar titles and displays them for author.

it works with the search for Google. Much better if it worked offline. Is there an alternative?

There might be. Search through the Resource Manager. I believe the one I quoted before is the preferred one around here.
