I recently switched my website over to a new host and I thought I would start from scratch but I have a issue when people are trying to sign up it gives this error message
XenForo - Error
A server error occurred. Please try again later.
Does anyone know what the problem is? The thing is my last webhost set it all up for me including the Xenforo installation and I'm trying to learn how to do it myself. Not sure if it's required but just incase my website is zmolahah.com also I'm using Xenforo 1.1.3

Sorry you're having problems.

Are you able to log into the Admin CP?

If so, go to Tools > Server Error Log.

There should be some errors listed there.

If you copy and paste all of the detail from a few entries hopefully that will tell us what the error is :)

Yes I can manage to get into it but the error log is over 10 pages. They all seem to say the same thing though so here it is thanks so much

This looks to be an issue with the Are You a Human add-on.

Disable that (from the home page of your Admin CP) and then try again.

If the problem still persists, go back and get the most recent error and paste it here.

If the problem goes away, then the add-on is a problem.

EDIT: Seems as though people are having similar issues with this add-on: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/are-you-a-human.36167/

There are better CAPTCHA methods out there, also free. Maybe use one of them instead.

EDIT: I'd actually recommend this one: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/customimgcaptcha-spam-combat.1161/

Oh alright I'll use that instead but it used to work fine on my old website

I just removed the are you a human add-on but I'm having the same errors and the error log seems to say the same thing as before but when I go on my add-ons it says that I have no add-ons yet

How did you remove it? Did you uninstall it from the Admin CP? Just uncheck the box to disable it? Or something else?

You might need to go to where the CAPTCHA options are in the Admin CP and make sure you set it back to reCAPTCHA... maybe it's cached somewhere.

Also, was your previous site a XenForo site? AYAH in general seems like a good solution, I'm just not certain this particular add-on for XenForo works very well.

I went into the add-ons and pressed the x to delete it. I also changed the CAPTCHA back to reCAPTCHA and yes my previous site was XenForo. And is AYAH the add-on you sent me? I've not installed any extra add-ons I just want the website to be sorted before I carry on with any extra add-ons. I used to only really use Xenporta and the are you a human add-on but I may possibly download or buy some in the future

Does anyone know whats wrong..? Sorry to nag but I can't exactly run a website when no-one can sign up :(

[Edit]
I managed to fix it. I completely re-installed Xenforo and it works perfectly now
