XF 1.5 Side by Side Elements

This is a responsive design question, I have been beating my hed against the wall trying to get this right. I am editing a page (a widget page, but that shouldn't matter).

My two emements are text (left side) and an image (right side). When loaded on a smaller screen, I want the image to "wrap" and show directly below the text. Both the text and the image should use the room they are given in each circumstance.

How the heck do I make this happen (I have tried a bunch of different ways but don't want to influence or limit the responses by mentioning what I have already tried.

Problem solved.
Used min and max-width tags and everything's groovy.
