I need to add latest post on my side bar, but i can't ....

That is built in functionality.

Use the ACP search and enter 'new posts' to locate the option.

I suspect you are using the widget framework add-on.

You will need to post in the resource thread for how to display the block when using that.

solve it but how do i show who is online now ?
for the moment now, it just show XXuser, XX guest, XX robots...

It is, but the add-on you are using overrides the default sidebar functionality, so you will need to ask there how to enable sidebar blocks and content.
