Is there a way to enable the right side bar on all pages? Currently it shows only on the main forum listing page.

Those are widgets and where they show up is in Appearance -> Widgets. Or you can use the admin panel search feature to search for "sidebar".

Thanks for the info.
I checked it and it doesn't seem easy to have the same sidebar on other pages such as the page that shows the threads and the thread display page.

For each widget you want displayed, you have to select the areas you want it to display. Click each widget and check the boxes for the displayed areas. There are global sidebar positions in there as well.
