XF 2.0 Sibling and Child Nodes Difference?

In ACP when i try to add a forum in a category i get option of selecting between a sibling or child node. Whats the difference?
I'm asking because i don't want to have trouble later when my site starts gaining users and threads to find out i picked a wrong child/sibling node and have to switch via a hard vigorious process.

Sibling is at the same level.
Child has a parent.

Child 1 of Parent A (sibling of Child 2)​

Nodes can be reassigned very easily with no impact on URLs or performance.
