We have made a new banner/forum icons and a nice snowy effect from Adam Howard and thanks to shelly for the santa alert hats and the nice notification box.

Thanks to Kim for releasing this style. It wasn't easy to find something which worked well with all our tweaks. And while we have always had snow falling, this year we decided to pass on it as it caused a few issues with our mobile web users (assumed to be conflicts with other tweaks).
