If you decide to edit your updates on Resource Manager after it has been edited and doesn't show "Last edited or Last edited by a moderator" it is a missing feature.
Just the same thing we already have for posts:
Update notes actually matter, especially on mod/software forums where people are checking changelogs and referencing old discussions. If someone rewrites an update silently a week later, everyone who already read it has no idea. That's the kind of thing that quietly erodes trust in a community.
Honestly, it seems like a small thing since the edit tracking is already built for posts, and would just need to carry over to updates as well. Would love to see this added.

- Author touches their own update --> show Last edited: Dec 4, 2025 at the bottom
- Mod steps in and edits it --> show Last edited by a moderator: Today at 00:54
