XF 2.3 Should I Allow a User Flagged by StopForumSpam to Register?

A user tried to register on my site but was blocked because they appear in the StopForumSpam database. Is this something I should be concerned about, or can I safely ignore it and allow them to join?

And what will you do to the next blocked visitor? And the next one? And the next one after that?
If you ignore the recommendations of this tool then deactivate it.

I mean I do not outright block them always. It takes 5 seconds to block them if they start with a spam post. It depends upon your own choice. If your forum is actively monitored by mods, you can let through IDs that appear to be fine. But yeah, if someone is marked as spam on SFS, it is likely to be a spam account. Sometimes, it is just fun to let them in, waste time and then kicked off.

I was just wondering, could this be a false positive? Are these flags always accurate?
You can get false positives, if the Username is the only trigger (and its a generic username like "Kevin") then its probably a real visitor who flagged a false positive.

If email, username, and IP match, its most likely a spam bot.
